Daily Tours:
Would you like to see our crocodiles at close range and in action? We offer daily tours and feeding shows between 09:00 and 16:00, Monday to Sunday. The tours last about 1 to 1½ hours and we promise to bring you some great excitement.
Included in the tour is a comprehensive address covering the history, behaviour, conservation and breeding of the Nile crocodile, followed by a feeding show and guided tour of the breeding dam and enclosures.
Adults: R79,00 per person
Children 3 to 12 years: R43,00 per person
Touch a Baby Croc:
Don’t you think it is a little risky touching a fully grown crocodile, big guy? Now you have the opportunity to touch a baby croc. Don’t be mistaken – they can still deliver a stinging bite if not handled properly! Don't worry. Sam will make sure that they keep their teeth to themselves.
Feed a Crocodile:
Do you want to feed a live crocodile yourself? We offer that opportunity at only R14,00 per person.
See Our Living Legends:
Some of our legends include Stompie, Milan, Rufus, John and Linky. Rufus is currently our biggest crocodile and 4,2 meters long and approximately 35 years old. Our Legends are certainly our biggest tourist attraction.
Curio Shop:
We also have a curio shop on the premises that offers a wide variety of gifts, crocodile items, art and more . . . Don't forget to buy a souvenir on your way out.
Local Art Gallery:
We have an art gallery available at Agatha Crocodile Ranch that displays the work of some of our local artists.
Educational Lecture Trips for Learners (Scholars):
We offer educational lecture trips for learners/scholars. We also have a lecture hall available with a seating capacity of 90 people. Please contact us for bookings or for more information regarding our educational trips.
The New South African Walking Stick:
You will find this unique walking stick exclusively at Agatha Crocodile Ranch and NOWHERE else. This walking stick has a bell, a whistle and a shot of Richelieu. When attacked or mugged, hit the perpetrator on the head with the walking stick, ring the bell and blow the whistle to call for help. Have a shot of Richelieu afterwards for the nerves.
